ReStated_002_ Global Audience⎪Law of Diminishing Efficiencey⎪Build A Bigger Team⎪Conscious Capitalism⎪Purpose, Vision, Mision⎪Core Values
ENJOY THIS EPISODE:
Culture underpins almost everything we do. And it’s really what I want to get to today. How does the culture of our industry change once we see it as a professional service? Well it’s profound. Because it puts our client at the centre of everything. It’s shifts to “A client centric mindset” vs the industry centric one. It shifts from a sales culture – always be closing … to a service culture … always be serving.
On this topic I want to bring your attention to a book: its called conscious capitalism: by John mackey … the CEO of Whole Foods Market … a very successful and conscious business in the states.
If you really want some insight to what we are building – to the type of business culture we are creating … then this book – is mandatory reading… it lays a very clear path to creating a conscious business – that makes a positive difference in the world – doing good for all it’s stakeholders and consistently out performs it’s less conscious competition.
It is based on 4 key tenents – the first and most important of which is “higher purpose & core values”
